Products & services
Quinn Packaging Dairy Spreads and Yellow Fat Containers are available in both conventional thermoformed / offset print and. Injection Moulded In-Mould-Label (IML) formats. We offer a range of standard products including 250g,
500g & 1kg in Eurotub formats. Custom shapes are also available to individual customer requirements.
The primary material used to produce these products is Polypropylene (PP). Other materials can be used in line with
specific customer requirements. Our co-extruded multi-layered products provide additional barrier properties, which encourages extended product shelf life. The co-extruded multi-layered materials allow for contrasting substrate colours which in turn can provide additional product enhancement. All materials used, including polymer and inks, are rated and certified food grade. The materials we use are also treated for static adhesions.
Tamper evidence / product sealing can be achieved through the use of a sealed membrane on the tub sealing surface. This feature also helps maintain product integrity. Our products are designed with this feature in mind, underlining our commitment to servicing our customers.
Products are decorated by use of the Dry-Offset Printing process thus utilizing the very latest laser generated printing plate technology.
At Quinn Packaging we also offer customers adhesive label application on lid products. Injection Moulded IML decoration is available in Flexographic, Lithographic or Gravure printed labels
