Quinn Packaging has been servicing the Rigid Packaging industry for over 20 years –initially from our factory in Newbridge, Co. Kildare to our new state-of the art facilities in Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan.
At Quinn Packaging we recognize that there are many requirements for Rigid Packaging Products. The packaging we produce must be able to protect the contents, withstand abuse and handling and also prevent contamination. For example, some food containers that we produce must withstand freezer to oven use and not alter the taste or chemical content of the food. Special grades of PET have been developed for such applications. Different material combinations are used to obtain the ideal packaging product for each individual customer. Another reason for our success in the Rigid Packaging industry is our ability to provide our customers with an extensive and vivid colour range. We are also one in a few companies that are able to offer the option of printing customer choice of artwork onsite.
From our state of the art facility we are able to complete the hole production process for our customers; from extruding of the Sheet – to thermoforming of the containers and finally to the printing of the artwork – All your requirements in the one production facility. Giving the customer peace of mind that the job is getting done effectively and efficiently while saving the customer time and money.
